Chesterton 860  Moldable Polymer Gasketing
Creates Ultra-Thin Gaskets that Conform to Non-Uniform Surfaces

Economical; material costs less than compressed sheet gasketing
Won’t harden in tip; long shelf life
Can withstand temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and pressure to 204 kg/cm2, (3000 psi)
Excellent resistance to oils, water, chemicals, and solvents
Steam to 6.8 kg/cm2 (100 psi) and 170°C (338°F)
Disassembles cleanly
Fills voids and scratches up to 6 mm (1/4 in.) deep
Remains elastic and resists vibration
NSF registered P1
Conforms to FDA standard 21CFR 175.300 and 177.2600
